Iyengar Yoga Luxembourg - Floriane Palmier collects and maintains personal data of the students who are taking yoga classes with us or request to subscribe to our newsletter (‘the Students’), for the purposes of keeping a record of its members, making payments, and of administration.
Iyengar Yoga Luxembourg shall be careful while collecting these data and shall always comply with the GDPR.
If the Student does not want to receive any communication from Iyengar Yoga Luxembourg, he or she can opt-out by sending an e-mail to: iyengaryoga.lu@gmail.com.
The Student shall be informed that in such a case he or she may not be able to make use of all our services.
Who do we share your personal information with?
- We use WIX as our marketing automation platform and website provider, by sending us personal data the Student acknowledges that the information he or she provides will be transferred to WIX for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
- When we engage third party contractors (teachers) to perform services for us, they may be required to handle your personal information. Under these circumstances, those third-party contractors will safeguard this information only use it for the purposes for which it was supplied, although we are not responsible for ensuring this.
- Without prior written consent, Iyengar Yoga Luxembourg will never transfer any personal data of the Students to any other third party. However, we may share information with governmental agencies or other entities assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these entities for marketing purposes.

At the Student’s request, iyengaryoga.lu will correct, add, remove or hide the collected data of the Student. This may result in the Student no longer being able to use (part of) the services of iyengaryoga.lu. At any time, the Student can request iyengaryoga.lu to give him or her information about which of his or her personal data are being processed. A request can be emailed to iyengaryoga.lu@gmail.com.
In the event that iyengaryoga.lu wishes to use information of a Student for an objective not mentioned in this Privacy Policy, iyengaryoga.lu will make a prior announcement, allowing the Student to object to that potential use.
Changes
